Established in 2009 by Fiona Macpherson, we are based in the beautiful spa town of Harrogate, North Yorkshire and have over 27 years experience of providing a wide range of professional Training Project Management, Internet Marketing, PA/Secretarial, Administration, Office Management and Recruitment services to both corporate and SME businesses.
Fiona and her team of Associates have worked in both private and public sector organisations with extensive experience within the Recruitment and Training sectors. Our bookkeeper, Jo, is an Associate Member of The Institute of Certified Bookkeepers (ICB), the largest bookkeeping institute in the world. It promotes and maintains the standards of bookkeeping as a profession through the establishment of relevant qualifications and the award of grades of membership that recognises academic attainment, working experience and competence.
As a professional and experienced bookkeeper she is fully licensed to practice by the ICB (Practice Licence no.14815) and is insured for all works carried out. In addition, she is supervised by the ICB under the Anti-Money Laundering Regulations 2007.

Liane is a highly skilled Executive PA, having 22 years of experience working in high pressure, results driven corporate office environments. Her previous employment involved working for Senior Executives and Managing Partners from KPMG, PKF, Wragge & Co, InTechnology and Walker Morris. She has worked extensively in legal, accountancy, medical and information technology firms.
She has a wealth of experience spanning the coordination of diaries, making travel plans, organising executive functions, taking minutes of meetings, office document preparation, audio transcription, and handling personal and client expenses. She is fully conversant with all Microsoft desktop packages (MS word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint) and has also used various other packages e.g., Sage 50 accounts.
Yvonne is an experienced Secretary / Personal Assistant with over 15 years' experience. She has strong interpersonal skills and is used to working on her own initiative and under pressure. She is proficient in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook and Diary Management.
Previously Yvonne has worked as a PA to the Director of Communications & Corporate Services and Company Secretarial Administrator / Company Secretary at Ulster Bank Head Office as well as Personal Assistant to the Managing Director / Office Manager at WSP Environmental in London.
